nacional e internacional, pasteler\u00eda, enolog\u00eda, barismo, cocteler\u00eda y servicio a la mesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;las t\u00e9cnicas de elaboraci\u00f3n de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas y no alcoh\u00f3licas para satisfacer las necesidades del sector gastron\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">sena: el tecnico en gastronomia en sena dura dos semestres, las materias son: introduccion en gastronomia general, tecnics culinarias, sociologia, adminitracion, estadisticas, var y cocteleria, comercializacion, mercadotecnia esas son algunas de las materias que veriamos <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">unisabana:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unisabana.edu.co\/gastronomia\/\">carrera de Gastronom\u00eda<\/a>&nbsp;de la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unisabana.edu.co\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Universidad de La Sabana<\/a>, forma profesionales en las \u00e1reas de gesti\u00f3n empresarial y emprendimiento (Food Business and Entrepreneurship), artes culinarias (Culinary Arts), estudios de la alimentaci\u00f3n (Food Studies), ciencia y tecnolog\u00eda de alimentos (Food Science).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La&nbsp;<strong>gesti\u00f3n empresarial<\/strong>&nbsp;y el&nbsp;<strong>emprendimiento&nbsp;<\/strong>preparan al gastr\u00f3nomo para brindar soluciones administrativas en el entorno gastron\u00f3mico, que generen valor en organizaciones del sector privado, p\u00fablico, y en emprendimientos propios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los<strong>&nbsp;estudios de la alimentaci\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/strong>son un campo que consideran las dimensiones culturales, sociol\u00f3gicas, econ\u00f3micas y pol\u00edticas de la alimentaci\u00f3n en el entorno de las sociedades; conduce hacia la investigaci\u00f3n, el conocimiento del entorno, y la soluci\u00f3n de problem\u00e1ticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ciencia y tecnolog\u00eda de alimentos es un \u00e1rea que se enfoca sobre las propiedades f\u00edsicas, qu\u00edmicas y biol\u00f3gicas de los alimentos, como puerta hacia la investigaci\u00f3n, la creatividad y el desarrollo de nuevas t\u00e9cnicas y tecnolog\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las artes culinarias son el \u00e1rea en la que&nbsp;se desarrollan las competencias de la culinaria (cocina, panader\u00eda y pasteler\u00eda), de forma articulada con la gesti\u00f3n, la ciencia y los estudios de la
